Background
I am a former elite inline speed skater, multiple-time USA National Champion, and three-time member of Team USA’s Senior World Team. I grew up skating in South Florida and now coach in the same community that helped shape my journey as an athlete. My experience competing at the highest level continues to shape the way I coach and mentor athletes today. It is especially meaningful to return to where my skating journey began and help the next generation discover the opportunities, friendships, and life lessons the sport provides.
Coaching Approach
I believe sports are about more than athletic performance. They are an opportunity to build discipline, work ethic, resilience, and coachability. My goal is to help athletes grow both on and off the track in a challenging, supportive, and fun environment. Success looks different for every athlete—whether that means reaching the podium, improving fitness, building confidence, or developing a lifelong love for skating. My role is to help each athlete pursue their own version of success while enjoying the journey.
Personal
Outside of coaching, I am a wife, mother, and lifelong athlete. I enjoy cycling, running, strength training, and staying active through personal athletic goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Public Health. My public health background has shaped my belief in the role sport plays in building healthier individuals and stronger communities. Skating has given me some of my greatest friendships and life lessons, and I am passionate about helping others experience the same benefits through a supportive, active community.
